At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be fearless, even if the fit isn't perfect. If your purchase feels like a misstep, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and the security seal is intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
